Conflict

"Am I happy?" I question with hope,
The reply comes quick "Nope".
It was tough for me to cope;
I looked around for a rope.


Life seemed to be mere;
But at the pinnacle, it was so dear.
Later, I changed gear;
Which took me into the rear.


I had a whirlpool in my mind,
Which helped me to find.
That life was so kind,
And I completely blind.

Departure

I am bidding goodbye,
To the epitome of my soul;
My memories try to tie,
And boggle me down in the hole.


It is time,
To stop the flowing emotions roar;
I order myself to mime,
And stop being a 'bore'.


I am what I am,
Because of what you have made me;
Here's wishing you loads of wham,
And hoping that you will never forget thee.

Love

Love is in the air,
Everyone seems to 'care'.
Is bliss present in the pair?
Not at all, masks they wear.


He is busy on a call,
She prefers a mall.
Both are having a ball,
Unknowingly; they fall.


Then they realize,
That it is not wise;
To pretend to be nice,
And do things beyond one's size.

Mission: Accomplished

I am on a mission,
To eradicate human fission.
It is my sole ambition,
Which has to be achieved in any condition.


I try my best,
To protect the 'nest'.
But due to my haste,
I mistake my effort as a waste.


Later, I found an effective way;
To settle down and pray.
Amazingly, they cease to stray,
And truly; this makes my day !!

Pain

I do not know why,

I only want to cry.

Maybe because I was stabbed on the sly,

Which made my soul dry.

The night was drenched with rain,

When I walked unknowingly into the den.

Later, I was throbbing with pain,

Which made me insane.

I did not have a voice to raise,

Did it go for a 'graze'?

It is impossible to praise,
This memory, which I badly want to erase.
